acesa accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any financial harm, damages, losses, complaints or expenses arising from: (i) interference, interruptions, faults, omissions, telephone breakdown, delay, obstructions or disconnections in the operation of the electronic system caused by deficiencies, overloads or errors in telecommunications lines and networks, or to any other cause beyond ACESA’s control; (ii) illegal interference by means of the use of malign programs of any kind or via any means of communication, such as computer viruses or any other type; (iii) improper or incorrect use of the acesa web site; (iv) security or navigation errors caused by improper working of the browser or by the failure to use the latest versions thereof.

In all cases, you as user of the acesa web site shall be responsible for the financial harm and damages of all kind that acesa may suffer as a consequence of breach by you as user of the duties to which you are subject by virtue of this Legal Notice, or by any applicable individual terms and conditions.
