Located on the motorway maintenance area in Granollers, this centre has the most advanced technology for handling any action which needs to be taken to solve any incident.
The Operations Centre processes the information it receives from all the external agents and the resources that acesa has in order to safeguard the users' safety and comfort on their journeys. When an incident arises, it sets a plan of action in motion which mobilises the necessary teams to deal with it (systems, highway administration, maintenance, safety and assistance).
The closed-circuit television cameras, located in strategic points of the network, the informative panels, the SOS posts and our staff will be at your service so that you feel safe and in company.
