24 hours a day 365 days a year Our Operations Centres are there to serve all the drivers using our network of over 1500 km of toll roads.
Strategically located at different points on the network, these state-of-the art centres use cutting-edge technology to manage the necessary resources to deal with any incidents that may arise.
The Operations Centres process the information they receive from different external agents, and from the abertis autopistas resources, to ensure our customers can enjoy safe, comfortable driving on our roads. Should an incident arise, an action plan is activated to mobilise the necessary teams to deal with it. (Systems, road administration, maintenance, safety and assistance).
CCTV cameras are strategically sited across the network, there are information screens and emergency phones, and our staff are always on hand to ensure you feel safe and attended to.
abertis autopistas invites you to visit its two main operations centres in Granollers (Barcelona) and San Rafael (Segovia), where we will introduce ourselves and show you how we work to offer the best, safest services.
